Dunn rolled home a 17 foot fadeaway at the buzzer to lead Providence to a 50-48 victory at Creighton on a night when neither team could get out of its own way.
The Friars made just 29% of their shots, turned the ball over 15 times and surrendered 18 offensive rebounds, but limited a high scoring Creighton bunch to 25% shooting and 5-24 from 3 point range.
Drew Edwards provided a lift, converting a three point play in the first half when the Friars trailed by 12, and again in the second half to cut an eight point Creighton lead to five with 8:45 to play.
