CINCINNATI - Providence College's chief tormentor the last time it visited the Cintas Center remained sidelined on Wednesday.
Xavier guard Myles Davis served the 13th game of what has been an indefinite suspension imposed in September by coach Chris Mack, denying the Musketeers the services of their only current four-year player who began his career at the school.
Davis was charged with misdemeanor criminal damaging in connection with an Aug. 15 complaint filed in nearby Hamilton County Municipal Court. The Cincinnati Enquirer reported it was the second criminal charge filed against Davis in connection with a domestic dispute with a former girlfriend.
