NEWTON, Mass. - The Christmas break is coming at a good time for the Friars, even if some players won't be able to enjoy the holiday with their families.
Junior Jalen Lindsey said he won't be able to sneak home to Tennessee for the holiday because he needs to be back in Providence Monday. Other players scattered after Friday night's loss at Boston College and everyone has some things to think about with the opening of Big East play set for next week.
"I think we all need a break. We've been going at it pretty good," said coach Ed Cooley.
