The Providence College Friars have gone from rolling to reeling.
On Jan. 4, they were 14-1, 2-0 in the Big East, and ranked 8th in the country in the AP poll.
Since then, they’ve gone 4-6 in the conference, with four of those losses coming on their home court. Wednesday night’s gut-wrenching, 96-91, double-overtime loss at Marquette was the third in a row for the Friars and their fourth in five games.
