PROVIDENCE – Only a few days ago, Saturday’s visit to the Dunkin’ Donuts Center by the Bryant Bulldogs appeared to be little more than a mercy killing. Not anymore.
The Providence Friars could be without as many as three starters for what will be the final game of the first semester (Noon tip). That two of those starters could be Ben Bentil and Kris Dunn opens a window of opportunity for a Bryant team that’s lost seven in a row and limps down Route 146 with a 2-8 record.
