PROVIDENCE — When is a Senior Day ceremony not a real, definite goodbye?
Providence College basketball fans will see one play out on Saturday before the Friars host Butler in the season’s final home game at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center. PC will salute the careers of Isaiah Jackson, Drew Edwards and Emmitt Holt in a time-honored, pre-game ceremony that’s always filled with emotion.
Since all three players have either graduated or will in May, they’ll be honored before an expected sellout crowd. But while former George Mason transfer Jackson is completing his collegiate eligibility, both Edwards and Holt hope to keep playing.
