    PROVIDENCE — It's a tough part of the season for the Providence College basketball team, losers of four of its last five, the Friars now living in the belly of the basketball beast.
    Were they once really ranked eighth in a national poll?
    Were they once all about cheers and last-second wins, complete with one of the top players in the country in Kris Dunn and a rising star in Ben Bentil?
