Jalen Lindsey added 13 points and 13 rebounds for Providence (11-1), and fellow sophomore Rodney Bullock had 16 points and 11 boards.
Rider's Jimmy Taylor scored 22 points.
Dunn missed his second consecutive game with a stomach virus. He practiced on and off during the week, and then sat on the bench in black sweats during the game.
