Ben Bentil Summer League Debut

The former Providence big man scored his first points off of a 3-pointer, connected on a mid-range jumper, and drew a defender out to the three point line and drove past him for a dunk.

Bentil played 17 minutes, shooting 3-6 from the floor, 1-3 from 3, and 4-4 at the free throw line.

James Young nailed two 3s, while Jaylen Brown and Ben Bentil each scored five points, and the Celtics lead the Sixers 23-20 after the first.

Early summer-league overreaction: Ben Bentil is more ready for the NBA than Guerschon Yabusele.
