PROVIDENCE – As Andre LaFleur took time out from a whirlwind career move Sunday night, he peered out his office window and laughed.
“I’m sitting here and I can see the Las Vegas Strip,” LaFleur said with chuckle. “It’s a nice night in Las Vegas.”
LaFleur ended a five-year run at Providence College to join newly-hired head coach Marvin Menzies at UNLV. LaFleur said if he considers Friar coach Ed Cooley to be “like a brother,” Menzies “is like an older brother.
