    RALEIGH, N.C. — Just as their palms grew sweaty and fear started to creep into their hearts Thursday night at PNC Arena, the North Carolina Tar Heels looked to the heavens and welcomed the sight of waves of Carolina Blue.
    It’s a view that helped spark the Tar Heels to an 83-67 NCAA Tournament win over upset-minded Florida Gulf Coast University.
