Zlatan Ibrahimovic wanted to finish his career at Napoli before he made his move to Manchester United, according to his agent Mino Raiola.

Ibrahimovic signed for United on a free transfer in July once his contract expired at Paris Saint-Germain.

But Raiola, speaking on Italian radio, has said that the striker declared an interest in ending his playing days at the Serie A side after attending the farewell game of Ciro Ferrara, the former Juventus defender.
