Raul Jimenez has reportedly completed his medical at Fulham ahead of a proposed £5.5million move from Wolves.
The Mexican striker scored three goals in all competitions for Julen Lopetegui's side last season, making only 15 Premier League appearances in a campaign plagued by injury.
Mail Sport revealed on Sunday that Jimenez had been given permission to leave Wolves' pre-season training camp in Portugal with the two clubs moving quickly to complete the deal.
The 32-year-old has now successfully passed his medical with Marco Silva's side and is set to be announced as Fulham's latest signing within the next 24 hours, according to Sky Sports.
