Wilfried Zaha scores first Premier League brace and headed goal

Wilfried Zaha is already doing a great deal to help Crystal Palace avoid relegation from the English Premier League and on Saturday afternoon, he laid down a marker.

Playing his 26th English topflight game of the season, Zaha walked right into the fire as he and his Crystal Palace colleagues welcome Brighton & Hove Albion at Selhurst Park, looking to continue their fight against demotion.

And the Cote d’Ivoire star was the one who delivered for the Eagles in the first half, as he fired his side ahead in the fifth minute.

In the 24th minute, Zaha extended his side lead after heading in Luka Milivojevic’s cross past goalkeeper Mathew Ryan.
