West Ham United owners David Sullivan and David Gold have promised fans the club will turn the season around after a troubled start to life at their new ground.
The Hammers suffered a 3-0 thumping by Southampton on Sunday - their second defeat in-a-row at the London Stadium, following their move from Upton Park.
That defeat was their fourth straight and fifth from six Premier League matches and they were booed at the final whistle.
'There is no question that this has not been the start to the season that we were looking for but rest assured we are doing everything we can to fix the situation,' the chairmen said in a letter to fans on the club's website.
