West Ham United are keen to sign Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Victor Wanyama in January.
The Kenyan has fallen out of favour with Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino after a succession of injuries, and is yet to start a game in the Premier League for the North London outfit this season.
The 27-year-old midfielder has been limited to five appearances off the bench despite being a key player for the side, after he joined from Southampton and was a regular partner for Mousa Dembele as the team finished second in the Premier League.
Football Insider now reports that the Hammers are keen to take advantage of the Kenya captain’s fringe status at Spurs as they look to bolster their squad in the winter window.
