West Ham defender Reece Burke to ask Slaven Bilic for a loan move to boost his first team prospects

Reece Burke will seek new talks with Slaven Bilic as he looks to engineer a loan move away from West Ham.

The 19-year-old defender is seeking more game-time after only featuring in one of the Hammers’ five games this season despite a raft of injuries.

Bilic previously told Burke he needed him in his squad but having signed a new four-year contract this week the youngster will now revisit the conversation in the hope of a Championship switch.
