Villarreal have reignited their interest in Manchester United winger Facundo Pellistri, according to a new report.
The 22-year-old Uruguayan joined the Premier League side in October 2020 for £9m, but has struggled to crack the first team at Old Trafford, with two loan moves to Spanish club Alaves.
Now it is felt that the winger might be the next star to leave Man United in the January transfer window, with manager Erik ten Hag willing to let Pellistri go.
The Sun report that Villarreal are lining up a potential permanent move for Pellistri, having initially shown interest in the 22-year-old in the summer.
