Troy Deeney insists Arsenal are no longer among the Premier League's elite as he reignites bitter feud: 'Look where they were seven years ago and now they're competing with Watford'

Troy Deeney has reignited his feud with Arsenal, insisting the Gunners are now competing with Watford instead of the Premier League's elite.

In the wake of Watford's 2-1 win over Arsenal in October, Deeney suggested Arsene Wenger's side lacked a 'bit of cojones, a bit of nuts'.

The Gunners got their revenge in March when the Hornets striker missed a second-half penalty in a comprehensive defeat at the Emirates.

However, Deeney has once again stoked the fire by insisting he is 'more qualified than most' to talk about the Gunners' misfortune and claimed he brought a sell-out crowd to the Emirates last month.
