Trevoh Chalobah signs a new four-and-a-half year deal at Chelsea - with academy graduate having impressed in the first-team despite only making his debut at the start of the season

Chelsea have secured the long term future of Trevoh Chalobah at the club after the promising defender put pen to paper on a new contract until 2026.

The 22-year-old only made his senior debut for the Blues at the start of the season, while he scored on his first Premier League appearance against Crystal Palace.

But having already played 10 matches under Thomas Tuchel - including eight starts - he has quickly adapted to the first-team having made his way through the club's youth system after joining as an eight-year-old.
