Tottenham full-back Danny Rose has this morning had exploratory surgery on his left knee and may miss the start of the 2017-18 Premier League campaign, the club have confirmed.
Rose, widely linked with a summer move to Manchester United, had returned to Spurs training in the week but was forced to go under the knife as the problem resurfaced.
