Tottenham sealed victories against Burnley, Swansea, Watford, Bournemouth, Crystal Palace and Arsenal to push Premier League leaders Chelsea all the way in the title race.
Scoring 16 goals and conceding just one, Spurs made sure the title race went on for much longer than anyone expected, making the Argentine coach an obvious choice for the award.
