Tottenham and Everton are both interested in signing PSV Eindhoven's Dutch winger Steven Bergwijn.
The 20-year-old has impressed a number of Europe's elite clubs with his development this season under PSV boss Phillip Cocu as they look to reclaim the Eredivisie title.
Bergwijn has already scored five goals and contributed six assists in 26 appearances this season, a marked improvement on his figures from the last campaign already.
According to ESPN, Tottenham and Everton are among a host of Premier League clubs tracking Bergwijn.
