Harry Kane's ninth Premier League goal of the season was not enough for Tottenham as the Londoners were held by West Bromwich Albion at Wembley on Saturday.
The England striker converted Dele Alli's cross on 74 minutes to cancel out Salomon Rondon's early opener, but Tottenham's late attacking bombardment failed to deliver a winner.
Spurs have now dropped nine points in seven Premier League home games this season, having taken 53 from a possible 47 at White Hart Lane last term.
