Burnley defender Michael Keane has been handed his first senior cap for the England national team in the Three Lions' meeting with Germany on Wednesday.
The 23-year-old, who represented Republic of Ireland at youth level before switching to his country of birth, starts alongside Manchester United's Chris Smalling and Chelsea's Gary Cahill.
On-loan Torino goalkeeper Joe Hart starts in goal for Gareth Southgate's first game as official England manager, while Leicester City forward Jamie Vardy leads the line.
RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner also makes his full international debut for Germany, having scored 14 Bundesliga goals in 24 appearances this season.
