A caretaker trio of Leon Britton, Cameron Toshack and Gary Richards will lead Swansea against Crystal Palace on Saturday after the sacking of Paul Clement.
They had hoped to make a rapid appointment of a permanent boss for the game at the Liberty Stadium, but will instead rely on an interim solution.
It will be a fast adaptation process for Britton, who only made the step to player-coach in November, but he will be assisted by the successful Under 23 duo of Richards and Toshack, who is the highly-rated son of John Toshack. They will be supported by goalkeeping coach Tony Roberts.
