Swansea City have agreed an undisclosed fee for Barnsley defender Alfie Mawson and are set for talks over personal terms with the player.
The 22-year-old moved to the Tykes from Brentford in June, 2015 on a three-year deal. He has also been linked with Sunderland this season.
He scored seven goals to help Barnsley win the 2015-16 League One play-offs and Football League Trophy.
Mawson has scored two more for Barnsley in the Championship this season.
