Stoke City manager Paul Lambert has lauded Mame Diouf for always being 'excellent' and 'first-class'.
Diouf who has scored six goals in 31 league appearances this campaign is only behind Xherdan Shaqiri [seven] in the club's scorers' chart.
And the Scottish gaffer has hailed the 30-year-old's impact in his squad and for always giving his best during training sessions and in matches.
“If you look at Mame’s games it’s clear that he gives you everything that he’s got,” Lambert told club website.
“His work ethic and the way he goes about things is excellent. It’s not just on a match day it’s at the training ground as well.
