The Dutchman insists he is "making progress" as he continues to undertake a strict rehabilitation programme to overcome a severe ankle sprain
Tottenham winger Steven Bergwijn has delivered some "good news" to supporters regarding his recovery from injury, while promising to return to the pitch even "stronger" than he was before.
Bergwijn completed a £27 million ($31m) move to Spurs from PSV in the January transfer window, signing a contract which ties him to the club through to 2025.
The 22-year-old announced himself to supporters in some style, netting a stunning volley on his debut to help the club secure a 2-0 victory over reigning Premier League champions Manchester City last month.
