Southampton manager Mauricio Pellegrino faces an uncertain future after his side slipped into the Premier League relegation zone after losing at home to Liverpool.
Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino scored to pile on the misery for Pellegrino who admitted the fans have run out of patience with him.
