Chelsea continue their recent run of good form with a 4-1 hammering of Southampton at St Mary's Stadium. Goals from Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount, N'Golo Kante and Michy Batshuayi secure the win for Frank Lampard's men, which moves them into fifth place in the table - just outside the Champions League places on goal difference. The Saints were poor at the back and made too many defensive lapses to compete with the Blues. Danny Ings' goal did give them hope, but they were not able to land a blow on Chelsea in the second half, leaving them hovering above the relegation zone in 16th place.
