Slaven Bilic has chided his West Ham team for playing within their ‘comfort zone’ during a disappointing start to the campaign.
The Hammers sit in 17th position in the Premier League table with just three points from their opening four matches ahead of Saturday’s visit to West Brom.
They also crashed out of the UEFA Europa League to Romanians Astra Giurgiu in the qualifying round.
And, after seeing them throw away a two-goal lead to lose 4-2 to Watford last Saturday, Bilic sat his players down to demand they snap out of their complacent attitude lingering from last season’s seventh-place finish.
