Sir Dave Brailsford 'unveils Mission 21 plan to help Man United win Premier League' - with Ineos chief 'set to become more involved' at Old Trafford

Sir Dave Brailsford has reportedly unveiled an ambitious plan to help Manchester United win the Premier League again.

United have endured a dismal 12 years since last winning the top flight in 2012-13 in what was Sir Alex Ferguson's final season in charge of the club.

That triumph was United's 20th English league title, but the club has fallen on hard times since, with their highest finish being second, while they have also regularly failed to qualify for the Champions League during that time.

And according to The Times, Brailsford, who is Director of Sport at Ineos, has unveiled his 'Mission 21' plan, which is all about delivering United's 21st English league title.
