Joachim Low has praised Germany international Leroy Sane for the Manchester City winger’s reaction to his World Cup snub.
Sane was surprisingly left out of Low’s squad for this summer’s tournament in Russia despite enjoying a fine 2017-18 season at the Etihad Stadium.
The 22-year-old scored 14 goals in all competitions and registered a further 17 assists as Pep Guardiola’s side romped to the Premier League title and lifted the Carabao Cup.
