Sandro Tonali called his Newcastle United debut a 'dream' after he opened the scoring just six minutes into their 5-1 demolition job of Aston Villa.
The midfielder pounced on Anthony Gordon's cross to volley past Emiliano Martinez and send St James' Park into rapture.
Nicknamed 'the new Pirlo', the 23-year-old became Eddie Howe's second summer signing when he joined from AC Milan for £52million in July.
He is not typically a goalscoring midfielder - Tonali bagged just two goals last season - but it sounds like he could get used to the feeling.
