Saint-Etienne, Rennes show interests in Bournemouth’s Max Gradel

Saint-Etienne and Rennes have shown interests in signing AFC Bournemouth winger Max Gradel on a permanent deal.

Sports Witness reports that the two French top-flight sides are targeting a move for the 30-year-old who helped Toulouse retain their Ligue 1 status.

Gradel ended his season-long loan with Les Violets as the club's top scorer with 10 goals from 33 matches.

The former Saint-Etienne player was loaned out to France for regular playing time after recovering a knee injury that kept him out for six months.
