The Argentine forward, a member of the Foxes' title-winning squad, has grown frustrated at a lack of opportunities at the King Power Stadium and is subsequently set to depart the club.
West Brom, Hull City, Sunderland and Swansea City are all interested in signing Ulloa, who has scored 20 goals in 91 games for the Foxes.
