Roy Hodgson and his trusted lieutenant Ray Lewington will hold a key strategy meeting on Tuesday as they begin plotting Crystal Palace’s route to Premier League survival.
As Sportsmail exclusively revealed on Friday, the 75-year-old has been re-appointed the Eagles’ new head coach - less than two years after leaving - following Friday's sacking of Patrick Vieira.
Hodgson has agreed a interim deal until the end of the season which includes a significant survival bonus if he can ensure the Eagles' top-flight status.
The former England boss will be joined at Selhurst Park by his long-term No 2 Lewington, with the pair due to meet later on Tuesday to draw up their blueprint as they embark on the task of keeping Palace out of the bottom three.
