Romelu Lukaku wants to be 'more of a serial killer' after ending Everton goal drought with hat-trick vs Sunderland

Romelu Lukaku admitted he needs to be 'more of a serial killer' after ending his six-month goal drought with a hat-trick in Everton's 3-0 victory over Sunderland on Monday.

The Belgium international, who netted a brace for Belgium during the international break, had not scored a goal for Everton since a 2-0 FA Cup quarter-final victory over Chelsea in March.

Despite missing a glorious opportunity to open the scoring during a tepid first half at the Stadium of Light, Lukaku came good with a hat-trick within the space of 11minutes after the interval.
