Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has an eight-figure release clause in his contract, according to reports.
Kane, 31, left his boyhood club Tottenham in 2023 to join the Bundesliga giants, seemingly ending his chances of surpassing Alan Shearer's Premier League record of 260 goals.
However, it has now been revealed that the transfer included a release clause within the deal that could open the door for a return to England.
As reported by Bild, the England captain could have triggered a release clause in the winter transfer window that would have allowed him to leave the club for around €80million (£67m).
