Premier League clubs have sent their players detailed training proposals ahead of next Monday's expected return.
Top-flight clubs are set to return to their training bases from May 18 ahead of a potential June 12 restart date.
They have now been in touch with their squads and technical staff to explain how the opening days of Project Restart will look.




Sportsmail can reveal that:
- Sessions will start as early as 8.15am.
- Clubs plans to have a player liaison officer available at all times.
