The 25-year-old Colombia international has been a first-team regular for the Eredivisie side for the last four years and feels he is ready to move on
PSV right-back Santiago Arias says he is ready to move to a higher level, aiming for a move to England, Germany or Spain.
Colombia international Arias joined the Eredivisie side from Sporting in 2013 and has since been a first-team regular, winning consecutive league titles with Phillip Cocu's team.
Nearing the end of his fourth season in Netherlands, though, the 25-year-old feels it is time to find a new club, but maintains he must continue to play regulary as the 2018 World Cup approaches.
