'PSG continue to cheat' - La Liga chief Tebas hits out at Man City and Ligue 1 heavyweights

Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City have been accused of cheating by Javier Tebas, with the La Liga president seeking Champions League expulsion if Financial Fair Play rules have been breached.

The Ligue 1 and Premier League heavyweights continue to benefit from the presence of billionaire backers, with PSG bankrolled by Qatar Sports Investments and City owned by Sheikh Mansour.

Both clubs have spent heavily in recent transfer markets, with big money splashed out on the likes of Neymar, Kylian Mbappe, Bernardo Silva, Kyle Walker and Benjamin Mendy.

Tebas has regularly aired his displeasure at what he considers to be “financial doping”, with English clubs considered to be “peeing in the swimming pool” while PSG push the boundaries of acceptable sporting behaviour.
