Germany left-back Marcel Halstenberg will come under extra scrutiny at Wembley should he make his international debut against England on Friday.
The 26-year-old has been called up by coach Joachim Low after an impressive year with RB Leipzig, which has seen them take the Bundesliga by storm and break into the Champions League.
Halstenberg, who was a free signing from St Pauli, worked closely as a teenager with Huddersfield manager David Wagner while at Borussia Dortmund and credits Wagner with converting him from a central defender to left-back.
He has flourished in the position since, prompting interest from Premier League and European scouts with his position a problem area for several leading clubs ahead of the January window.
