Premier League report just TWO positive Covid-19 cases from 2,915 tests in latest figures as top-flight's updated protocols continue to keep infections down

Only two Premier League players or staff provided positive samples in last week's twice-weekly coronavirus testing, the league has announced.

The league said 2,915 players and staff were tested between Monday, February 8 and Sunday, February 14.

The league recorded seven positive tests in the last round of results so the latest figures are again a boost to the league, which enhanced its Covid-19 protocols in early January.
