Sportsmail can reveal the main sports broadcaster in Sub-Saharan Africa, SuperSport, has agreed to double the £84m a year they pay for 2016-19 to guarantee a £168m-a-year deal in their region for 2019-2022.
Jaw-dropping growth has also been seen in China, where digital firm PPTV will pay £180m per year for 2019-2022, up from £13m a year now paid by SSMG - almost 14 times as much.
