Premier League clubs 'told that all 20 stadiums could be used next season... with eight to ten neutral ground plan for this campaign an experiment'

Premier League clubs have reportedly been told that the current plan to use eight to ten stadiums as neutral venues for the completion of this season is an experiment, and all 20 grounds could be used next season.

According to The Mirror, the Premier League have said that the government and police have insisted on the 'approved' stadium concept for the remainder of this season's Premier League.

But, amid unhappiness amongst relegation-threatened clubs on home advantage being lost for the run-in, the Premier League made it clear at last Friday's meeting that all 20 grounds could be opened up next season, on the assumption games are played behind closed doors.
