Premier League teams are fearing for the long-term regarding the rapidly escalating coronavirus pandemic, and are said to be worried that next season will begin behind closed doors as a result.
On Thursday it was declared that the season would be suspended until at least April 30, with many teams accepting the reality that the campaign is likely to be finished without fans due to the ongoing crisis.
Yet a vast majority of sides feel the effects will transcend the delayed campaign and will see the 2020/21 season kick off in front of empty stands, as report the Mirror.
