Premier League clubs have been informed of proposals for football to return with a hotel lockdown plan, according to The Mirror.

Clubs are discussing a range of options with their players in hope of fulfilling this season's remaining fixtures, despite the disastrous effects of the coronavirus pandemic.

One idea involves players being put into lockdown in nominated hotels for up to six weeks while the final matches are played.
