Pep Guardiola's former assistant at Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Barcelona sacked after just 10 GAMES at Flamengo as Brazilian giants pull the trigger following two heavy defeats

Pep Guardiola's lauded former assistant manager at Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Barcelona has been sacked from his first major managerial role after just three months in charge.

Domenec Torrent was hired by Brazilian champions Flamengo back in July, but after two heavy defeats in their last three games has now been relieved of his duties.

'Domenec Torrent and his backroom staff are no longer in charge of the first team,' the Rio de Janeiro club said in a statement.
